As we wind down 2025, we want to take a moment to pause and celebrate the impact you have helped us make for our LGBTQ+ communities across Southeastern Wisconsin. This year, Cream City Foundation continued to raise the bar, funding our local LGBTQ+ communities with nearly a quarter million dollars in support!
Highlights from 2025 include:
Further solidifying our volunteer-based strategy and relationship as a supporting organization of The Greater Milwaukee Foundation, raising the visibility of LGBTQ+-focused philanthropy.
Disbursing $46,250* in LGBTQ+ scholarship funding, impacting the lives of 20 future community leaders.
Relaunching our Community Grants Program, enabling $30,000 in trust-based grants to eight grass-roots organizations prioritizing support of transgender communities and communities of color.
Contributing a combined $198,000+ in grant and sponsorship funding from Cream City Foundation board-managed and donor-advised component funds.
The community showing up this summer to fully match a $20,000 gift from long-time supporter Will Radler.
Welcoming a new donor-advised fund, The Hickson Family LGBTQ+ Fund, to the Cream City Foundation family.
Convening our two signature events, the Summer Social and Business Equality Luncheon, bringing together hundreds of individuals in shared purpose and community.
None of this would be possible without your generosity and willingness to show up at a time when funding for LGBTQ+ equity has become increasingly scarce.
Together, we can ensure that Southeastern Wisconsin remains a place where LGBTQ+ individuals can live with dignity, respect, and prosperity.
