Cream City Foundation is proud to announce the recipients of our 2026 Community Grants Program. This year’s grant cycle was one of our most competitive yet, reflecting both the tremendous needs and extraordinary work happening to support our LGBTQ+ community in Southeastern Wisconsin.
Guided by our grantmaking priorities, we’re honored to award a total of $30,000 in funding to nine organizations advancing LGBTQ+ equity and well-being across the region. This year, we prioritized organizations serving transgender individuals and people of color, as well as organizations with strong grassroots connections to the communities they serve.
Please join us in congratulating our 2026 Community Grant recipients:
Each of these organizations is helping create stronger, healthier, and more inclusive communities through programs and services that expand opportunity, increase access to critical resources, and uplift LGBTQ+ individuals and families across our region.
Since our founding in 1982, we are proud to have awarded more than $1.7 million in grants supporting LGBTQ+ equity throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. We now look forward to continuing to convene with our donor network to explore opportunities to support additional unfunded initiatives.
Congratulations again to our recipients. Their work demonstrates the meaningful change that’s possible when communities invest in one another. Thank you for helping us support the people, programs, and ideas creating lasting impact and building a more inclusive future for LGBTQ+ individuals across our region.
